Tomorrow is only hours away and my diet is about to start -_-  I just want to be clear that my diet won't be as drastic as some.  My foods will be healthy and I will be doing a lot of exercise.  I will eliminate my favorite junk food completely, which will include potato chips, chocolate, or sweets.  Also, I will cut sugars to a minimum.  No sugar in my coffee and no cereal.  I will only eat natural sugars that come in fruit.
